Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting a key end-customer. Day-to-day tasks include managing incidents and service requests, performing troubleshooting for various hardware like PCs, notebooks, and printers, and configuring and installing end-user devices. The specialist will also assist users with mobile devices, diagnose network issues, and provide onsite support for client-related IMAC services. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar field, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with standard hardware and MS Office applications. Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
