Job Summary
This role involves hands-on IT support and hardware management for a leading IT service provider in Germany. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of various hardware components, conducting initial error analyses, and providing on-site support, primarily within Baden-Württemberg. This includes user instruction and system support, as well as classifying and escalating technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, proven experience with IT rollouts and standard hardware, and strong knowledge of Windows 7/10 and MS Office.
