Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, focusing on first and second-level issue resolution for end-users. Day-to-day tasks include managing support tickets, setting up and configuring new hardware like PCs, laptops, and tablets, as well as installing and troubleshooting software. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, possessing strong technical skills in Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and Google Suite. Required Skills
Education
