Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to end-users, focusing on client-side Windows and Linux systems. Day-to-day tasks include supporting users with Windows 11, MS Office, and Skype for Business, processing IT tickets for incidents, requests, and changes, and maintaining network infrastructure including patching and replacing network devices, access points, and cabling (CAT 5,6,7, and fiber optics). The specialist will also work with Linux systems like RedHat and Ubuntu, contributing to their continuous development.
