Job Summary
This role involves the technical oversight and maintenance of plant facilities within a large international chemical group. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking maintenance, servicing, and repair work to ensure smooth plant operation. Key tasks include conducting regular plant inspections, implementing technical modernizations, and coordinating work according to VDE standards, including safety checks. The position requires collaboration with internal departments and external specialists, as well as supporting the optimization of automation and control systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a stable, full-time position with attractive compensation, 37.5-hour work weeks, and up to 30 days of annual leave.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in E/M+R (Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering), such as Process Control Electronics Technician or Automation Electronics Technician, with an additional qualification as a state-certified Technician or Master Electrician.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical monitoring and maintenance of plant facilities
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Experience with Process Control Systems (PCS)
- Experience with Measurement and Control Technology
Languages
Additional
- Work permit for Germany is mandatory.
