Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the district administration and schools. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining workplace hardware like printers, monitors, and telephones, providing first-level support for IT issues, and configuring, documenting, and inventorying hardware. The technician will also be responsible for setting up mobile devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will have a background in IT service and support, strong hardware and software knowledge in client environments, and familiarity with network technology.
