This role involves leading the Property Management division and serving as Deputy Head for the "Internal Services" department within the State Office for Nature, Environment, and Climate of North Rhine-Westphalia (LANUK). The successful candidate will oversee the administration and management of six combined office and laboratory sites, along with several smaller branches across North Rhine-Westphalia. Key responsibilities include leading a motivated team, coordinating workflows, managing property administration, and engaging in project work for new constructions, expansions, and renovations. The position also entails implementing the overall property concept, developing strategies for economical and sustainable building operations, and managing an allocated budget. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diplom, Master, Magister) in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a comparable field.
