Job Summary

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will be instrumental in building and evolving the company's strategic Power Platform team. This role involves automating business processes, developing modern applications, and implementing AI-driven solutions like Co-pilot Studio and AI Agents, all while adhering to data protection and regulatory standards (e.g., BSI, DORA, GDPR). You'll focus on creating scalable and secure solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, integrating external systems, and designing comprehensive process automation with Power Automate. This position offers the chance to contribute to a sustainable, secure, and innovation-driven platform for digital transformation, with the flexibility of up to four days of home office per week after an initial on-site training period in Cologne.
