Job Summary
This role involves contributing to the financial and administrative management of state properties, playing a part in achieving climate neutrality for state-owned assets. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the awarding of construction contracts and services from freelance architecture and engineering firms, applying for and managing budget funds, and handling tax matters and declarations for commercial operations. The position also entails acting as the deputy budget officer. Candidates should possess a university degree in financial administration or public management, demonstrate comprehensive expertise, independence, and a responsible approach to economic matters. Experience with public procurement regulations (VOB, HOAI, RifT) and SAP knowledge are advantageous.
