Required Skills
Education
University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Management, Administrative Sciences) OR completed 'Beschäftigtenlehrgang 2' with specialization in Project Management or Information Technology
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position with demonstrable personnel responsibility
- Professional experience in personnel management, team management, and employee motivation
- In-depth knowledge of project management, ideally with agile methods and digital tools
- Comprehensive knowledge in digital administration, IT infrastructure, e-government, and relevant legal frameworks
