Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support for a client's IT environment and applications. Day-to-day tasks include processing inquiries and incident reports, prioritizing and documenting issues in a ticketing system, and ensuring IT operations run smoothly using monitoring tools while adhering to SLAs. The specialist will also communicate and coordinate with clients and 3rd level support teams, contribute to process improvement, and take responsibility for hardware and software areas after an initial training period.
