As a Service Manager, you will lead a team to deliver contracted IT services, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Your role involves systematically engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement of IT service offerings. Leveraging your extensive IT expertise, you will analyze and structure client requirements, drawing upon the company's portfolio and technical specialists. Key responsibilities include monitoring delivery performance for quality and cost, actively shaping and optimizing operational IT processes, and driving service development. You will also manage quality improvement initiatives, financial client development, and escalations, while providing technical leadership to delivery teams. - Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management

- Extensive experience in operational Managed Services (ideal)
