Job Summary

As the Head of Data Management, you will be instrumental in embedding a data-centric culture within a leading trading company. This strategic and hands-on role involves leading the company-wide data governance, ensuring high-quality data becomes a strategic asset for future growth. You will develop and implement the data governance operating model, including policies and standards, and build and manage a future Data Manager team. Collaborating closely with IT, digitalization, and transformation management, you will define data ownership roles, prioritize key data domains like customer and product, and drive quality initiatives using data quality tools.
