Job Summary

This role at the State Criminal Police Office of Lower Saxony involves ensuring safety and compliance across various domains. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Chemistry, Construction, or Electrical Engineering). Required safety expertise for occupational safety specialists according to § 7 ASiG in conjunction with § 4 DGUV-V2. Qualification as a Hazardous Materials Officer and Fire Protection Officer. Willingness to obtain qualifications if not already possessed.

Experience

  • At least two years of professional experience in an engineering-related field
  • Professional experience in occupational safety, hazardous materials, and fire protection
  • Experience in planning, executing, and maintaining facilities (new construction and renovations)
  • Experience in conducting safety-related inspections and hazard analysis
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety instructions and training programs

Additional

  • Willingness to qualify as a Hazardous Materials Officer and Fire Protection Officer if not already certified. Work is located in the main building of the LKA Niedersachsen in Hannover. Eligibility for public sector employment in Germany.
