This role involves taking responsibility for consulting and selling products and systems related to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology within the Dortmund, Düsseldorf, and Cologne sales region. The successful candidate will manage both new and existing customers, including installers, plant manufacturers, and trade partners, ensuring their long-term development. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs to recommend optimal products, organizing offer creation, negotiating, and generating orders. A strong focus on digital sales, CRM system utilization, and developing innovative sales strategies based on market trends in building technology is crucial. Required Skills
