Job Summary

This role is for a Process Development Engineer who will play a crucial part in establishing and implementing efficient production processes for innovative and clean mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you will lead sub-projects, define and document processes according to customer and internal standards, and support product development from prototype to stable series production. Responsibilities also include conducting feasibility analyses, creating specifications for machinery, and continuously optimizing existing manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost. The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering or production technology, knowledge of quality and project management methods, and a hands-on mentality.
