Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to provide essential onsite IT services for an IT service provider in Berlin, supporting public administration and large enterprises. Day-to-day responsibilities include classic onsite support, setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting technical issues directly with users, installing and managing notebooks, and processing IT tickets for incidents and requests. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT support, strong customer service skills, and be prepared for security clearances. This position offers an intensive onboarding process and the opportunity to work with notable clients in a central Berlin location.
