Job Summary
This HR Specialist role involves providing comprehensive support to managers and employees across the entire employee lifecycle. Day-to-day, you'll handle administrative tasks like drafting contracts and managing transfers, collaborate with the works council, and coordinate key HR initiatives such as refining training concepts and supporting apprentices and dual students. You will also engage in HR project work, including HR controlling and digitalization efforts, implement employee retention strategies, and assist with organizational changes. During recruiter absences, you will take charge of recruitment for your assigned business unit. This position is attractive due to its focus on both operational and strategic HR, offering a chance to develop and implement key HR projects in a supportive, hybrid work environment with flexible hours and a 37-hour week.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by a qualification as an HR Specialist, or a completed degree with a focus on Human Resources (e.g., Business Administration or comparable)
