Job Summary

This HR Specialist role involves providing comprehensive support to managers and employees across the entire employee lifecycle. Day-to-day, you'll handle administrative tasks like drafting contracts and managing transfers, collaborate with the works council, and coordinate key HR initiatives such as refining training concepts and supporting apprentices and dual students. You will also engage in HR project work, including HR controlling and digitalization efforts, implement employee retention strategies, and assist with organizational changes. During recruiter absences, you will take charge of recruitment for your assigned business unit.
