Job Summary

This role is for an engaged professional to drive decarbonization and sustainability initiatives within the heating sector. The Specialist Planner for Building Services will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing innovative heat supply concepts, focusing on green technologies like heat pumps, solar thermal, geothermal, or biomass. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing heat generation systems, designing and calculating plant technology for HVAC systems, assessing existing facilities, and creating detailed plans using CAD and BIM-enabled software. The ideal candidate will coordinate and monitor construction, ensure quality and safety standards, and support project and construction management.
