Job Summary
This role is for an IT License and Financial Management Specialist who will be responsible for the comprehensive management of IT licenses and financial aspects within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include auditing software inventory, creating license balances, determining IT procurement needs, and negotiating IT contracts. The specialist will also manage existing IT contracts, prepare decision-making documents, draft the IT budget, and develop key figures for financial reporting. This position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a keen cost awareness. Required Skills
Education
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (e.g., Public Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable) • Alternatively, completed advanced training such as Business Specialist (Wirtschaftsfachwirt/in), Business Administrator IHK or VWA, or advanced IT training (e.g., Bachelor Professional IT) combined with relevant professional experience
