Job Summary

The City of Trier is seeking a dedicated Water Resource Manager to join their CitySpace Trier office. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing and executing critical water engineering and flood protection projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing tenders, awarding contracts, and supervising construction for urban water bodies, including maintenance, expansion, and renaturation efforts, as well as managing flood protection facilities, pumping stations, and surface channels. The ideal candidate will possess a Master Craftsman's certificate in a technical field or an equivalent qualification in nature and environment, coupled with relevant professional experience in water management and a Class B driving license.
