Job Summary

This role involves being the primary point of contact for customer support regarding multi-room systems, home cinema technology, and audio/video distribution. The Media Technician will be responsible for implementing comprehensive high-end audio and video solutions, including programming complex control systems from brands like Revox, RTI, Control4, and Trivum, for both new and existing installations. Additionally, the role includes maintaining these systems and providing telephone support to clients. Ideal candidates will have a technical background in fields such as electrical engineering or IT system integration, possess strong skills in high-end media control systems, client/server systems, network technology, and audio/video administration, and enjoy working collaboratively with customers.
