Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician specializing in Network Technology, you will be instrumental in the planning, setup, and installation of advanced communication and network systems for healthcare facilities. Your daily tasks will involve configuring and commissioning routers, switches, and access points, performing network tests, and troubleshooting issues related to TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, routing, and switching. This role requires extensive travel across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) from Monday to Friday, acting as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing maintenance, support, and participating in on-call duties. You will also coordinate between internal departments and external service providers, ensuring meticulous documentation of installations.
