Job Summary

As a Lab Scientist in R&D, you will be instrumental in developing, establishing, and validating new Mass Spectrometry (MS) methods, particularly for in-process controls. Your daily tasks will involve conducting independent and guided analyses of raw materials, intermediate, and final products, along with special measurements for product issues. A key aspect of the role is ensuring all analyses are performed, documented, and reviewed in compliance with GMP standards, identifying and escalating any quality concerns. You'll meticulously document your work in electronic and paper-based systems, contribute to procedural documents, and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a scientifically trained professional with a background in chemistry, biotechnology, or engineering, who possesses practical HPLC knowledge and preferably experience in mass spectrometry, eager to contribute to cutting-edge R&D within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific training or degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or comparable field, ideally with a laboratory background

Experience

  • Practical knowledge in HPLC
  • Experience in Mass Spectrometry (MS) is an advantage
