Job Summary
As a Facility Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, you will be the primary point of contact for internal clients regarding technical and infrastructural building management. Your role involves planning, calculating, and managing in-house technical projects, overseeing specialized contractors, and serving as the expert for electrical systems, including medium-voltage (10kV), transformer, and low-voltage systems. You will also operate technical systems, CAFM systems, and building management technology, ensure warranty tracking, plan maintenance, and manage inspections. This position requires participation in an on-call emergency service and coordination with authorities and external service providers. You will analyze and resolve power supply disruptions, oversee infrastructure and civil engineering work, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and safety regulations, contributing to a safe and efficient operational environment.
