This role involves ensuring the stability and optimal functioning of the IT infrastructure within the Optronics department, supporting cutting-edge research at the Fraunhofer Institute. Day-to-day tasks include administering and testing solutions for Windows and Linux servers, managing virtual machines, and providing comprehensive software and hardware support to scientific staff. The position also involves setting up and maintaining network infrastructure for complex high-energy laser experiments and assisting with algorithm development for electro-optical sensors. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an IT Technician or IT Specialist, or comparable qualification

Experience
