Job Summary

This role involves specialized technical work within the Forensic Media Technology department of the State Criminal Police Office of Lower Saxony. The successful candidate will be responsible for the photogrammetric and surveying analysis of traffic accident and crime scenes, creating detailed 3D models, orthophotos, and site plans. Key responsibilities include visualizing and reconstructing data in 3D models, conducting perpetrator height calculations, and preparing investigation reports. The position requires independent 3D data acquisition using scanning technology and photogrammetry, along with technical support and development of specialized procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Geoinformatics or a related field, strong knowledge of laser scanning and photogrammetry software, and excellent communication skills.
