In this role, you will define and drive the product vision and strategy, focusing on user needs, regulatory compliance (Pharma 4.0, GxP), and digital interfaces. You'll manage the product backlog, prioritize requirements across teams, and collaborate closely with development, stakeholders, and users. A key responsibility involves identifying core platform functionalities, establishing standards, and ensuring a robust, scalable architecture for integration into industrial IoT environments. - Professional experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role in product or platform management
- Experience with IT/OT in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments (ideally)
- Foundational understanding of (Industrial) IoT technologies and architectures
- Experience with agile methods like Scrum or Kanban
- Basic understanding of standards like OPC UA, containerization, and modular app structures
- Experience in an Industry 4.0 environment, especially with machines and information models (e.g., Asset Administration Shell) (ideally)
