Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of planning, adapting, and continuously developing production and testing systems for the assembly of serial and new products within the Actuator/Power Electronics business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, conceptualizing, and implementing new assembly processes, including layout planning, procurement of fixtures and systems, work and test planning, and time determination. A key aspect of the role is the application of Lean methodologies to optimize production workflows. Collaboration with various departments such as assembly, quality, development, testing, design, and product assurance is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, significant professional experience in assembly planning, and proficiency in SAP and MS-Office applications, particularly Excel.
