Job Summary

As the Head of Electrical Maintenance, you will lead a 5-person team, overseeing the operational management of the electrical engineering workshop and automation. Your core responsibilities include ensuring smooth electrical maintenance, taking technical and supervisory responsibility as the qualified electrical specialist, and guaranteeing the quality of maintenance and repair work. You'll drive continuous improvement processes with production, quality, and environmental departments, plan and execute annual overhauls, and conduct root cause analysis for malfunctions. This role also involves performing internal audits, creating operational instructions, and training staff, all while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
