Job Summary

As an IT Service Coordinator specializing in telecommunications, you will be the central point of contact for managing and resolving customer requests related to fixed-line, mobile, and carrier services. Your day-to-day will involve accepting, reviewing, and clarifying orders based on contractual agreements, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and processing technical inquiries including disturbances, changes, and billing disputes. You will also be responsible for provisioning connections and SIM cards, executing network configurations and migrations with an eye on economic efficiency, and contributing to projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently within a team. You will utilize technical tools like FNT Command Suite and BMC Remedy, and participate in meetings, occasionally taking minutes. The position offers the flexibility of hybrid work.
