Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician responsible for providing essential 1st Level Support to users. Day-to-day tasks include handling support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and managing Windows 10 administration, including Active Directory. The position also involves printer management and meticulous documentation within the ticket tool. The ideal candidate will have initial professional experience as an IT Service Technician Agent, possess strong knowledge of client hardware and Windows 10/Active Directory administration, and preferably have experience with Android, iOS, MS Office, and MS Exchange.
