This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, primarily handling customer inquiries via phone and a ticketing system. Key responsibilities also include the administration and monitoring of customer systems, with a strong focus on Windows Clients, Windows Servers, and Linux environments, alongside managing MS Office 365.
