Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for software and hardware issues, spanning both 1st and 2nd level support. The successful candidate will manage and monitor support tickets, oversee company-wide technologies and software solutions, and escalate complex problems to specialized departments. Key responsibilities also include installing, configuring, and decommissioning workstation systems and peripherals, executing and testing project requirements related to IT infrastructure, and generating service reports.
