Job Summary

As an IT Specialist for System Integration, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters within the WSDG Verwaltungs GmbH, a company providing central administrative services for Von Guttenberg GmbH, a leading specialist in technical insulation and drywall in Germany. Your daily responsibilities will include providing 1st level IT support, coordinating with external IT service providers, setting up hardware for new employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues on-site, and maintaining the local network infrastructure (hardware/software). This role requires a proactive and analytical individual with a solid background in IT, particularly within a Microsoft environment.
