Job Summary

The University Hospital Düsseldorf is seeking a dedicated Firewall Administrator to join their dynamic IT team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be instrumental in the introduction, operation, and continuous development of the hospital's firewall systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the provision, installation, configuration, optimization, and support of these critical systems, with a strong emphasis on automation using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform. You will play a key role in ensuring IT security within a KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) environment, proactively monitoring for vulnerabilities, and resolving system malfunctions.
