This role is for a dedicated Rollout Technician to join a leading IT service provider in Germany, managing over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and de-installation of various hardware components, performing initial troubleshooting and error analysis, and providing on-site support within the Baden-Württemberg region, which includes travel and occasional overnight stays. Key responsibilities also involve user instruction and system support, as well as classifying and escalating IT issues.
