Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting a major client like Deutsche Bank. Day-to-day, you'll provide 1st Level Support, assist users with Windows and Apple devices (Notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, iPads), and handle technical administration for operating systems, IP telephony, and VPN. You will also be responsible for documenting inquiries and creating tickets.
