Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive on-site technical assistance within a large client environment. Day-to-day tasks involve performing IMAC services (Installation, Moves, Additions, Changes), setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and printers, and managing workstation cabling and relocations for rollout projects. The specialist will also provide direct user support for client-side issues and meticulously document all activities within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, possess strong experience with hardware and software in large-scale settings, and be proficient with Windows 10/11 and ticketing systems.
