Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join a leading IT service provider in Germany, supporting the German Aerospace Center. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for users, handling IT issues and service requests via phone and on-site. Key responsibilities include providing 1st level hardware and software support, assisting with equipment setup and moves, and efficiently documenting and escalating complex issues to 2nd level support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system integration, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in standard hardware, Active Directory, and MS Office applications.
