Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and optimizing playbooks, automations, dashboards, reports, and interfaces to other systems, specifically aiming to improve Security Operations Center (SOC) efficiency and incident response times. You will continuously refine incident response processes using XSOAR functionalities, address tasks related to new features, improvements, or issues within XSOAR, and collaborate closely with SOC teams and stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in SOAR platforms, a strong understanding of security processes and incident response, and the ability to clearly document technical workflows.
