Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 2nd level application support to users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting via phone, remote access, and on-site visits, managing tickets, and administering client systems. The specialist will also conduct user training, monitor and expand IT facilities, and manage VMware/Omnissa Horizon View applications, including system and application virtualization, and mobile device management. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration and solid experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office products.
