Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Help Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for IT system users, providing essential support and maintenance. Day-to-day tasks involve advising users, maintaining IT systems via phone, written communication, and remote access, and managing support requests through a ticketing system. The specialist will also contribute to IT projects such as system migrations and rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, coupled with initial professional experience in IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications, along with a self-reliant and systematic work approach, are crucial.
