Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Specialist responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting client requirements and adhering to Service Level Agreements. Key responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd level support for IT system administration, developing and verifying application systems, and creating comprehensive IT and user documentation. The specialist will also conduct user training and contribute to various IT projects and organizational processes, such as procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, economics, computer science, or engineering, coupled with foundational knowledge in IT system administration or programming.
