Job Summary

Join a company with over 30 years of history as a Materials Tester (MT1). In this role, you will independently perform mechanical-technological and non-destructive material tests, adhering to all relevant standards and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include calibrating testing machines, dimensionally checking samples, creating and verifying test reports, and utilizing LIMS (Laboratory Management and Information System) and various testing software. You will also interact with customer representatives and inspectors, and contribute to maintaining laboratory accreditation. The ideal candidate has completed training as a Materials Tester, possesses certification in Magnetic Particle Testing 1 (training can be supported), and has practical experience with material testing machines and software.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a Materials Tester (m/f/d). Certification for Magnetic Particle Testing 1 (can be supported by the employer).

Experience

Professional experience in mechanical-technological and non-destructive testing methods.
Experience with material testing machines and testing software from common manufacturers.
Experience using LIMS and general IT skills (Word, Excel, Access).

Languages

German (Fluent)

Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (including nights and weekends). Potential for permanent employment with the client.
