As a Project Manager for Lightning Protection based in Lehrte, you will be the central point of contact for construction sites in the Hannover area. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, steering, and coordinating site operations, managing installation teams, and serving as the primary liaison between clients, site supervisors, and other trades. You will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence, as well as handling material logistics, site measurements, and project billing. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a background in electrical, roofing, or lightning protection trades who thrives in an organized, autonomous environment. You will be joining an established company with nearly 30 years of experience, now part of the THORNAR group, offering a stable and responsible position with significant room for professional growth and direct collaboration with management.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a trade (e.g., electrical, roofing, or lightning protection). A Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification is a plus.
Experience
- Professional experience in construction site operations
- Experience in a coordinating or leading role within construction or trade environments is preferred
- Experience in project measurement and billing is considered an advantage

- Valid driver's license is implied for site visits in the Hannover area. Residency or ability to work within the Hannover region.
