- Experience in the planning or implementation of digital transformation projects in the judicial sector is highly desirable.

- Must possess deep knowledge of judicial terminology and processes. Experience with specific eJustice systems (e.g., GeFa, AuRegis, MESTA, XJustiz, EGVP) is considered an asset. Candidates should be comfortable with public sector committee structures and legal-technical documentation.
