Job Summary
As a Legal Tech Consultant specializing in eJustice at ]init[, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the judicial system. Your daily responsibilities include identifying and conceptualizing innovative digitization projects, facilitating communication between judicial authorities and technical teams, and helping to shape strategies for digital processes across federal, state, and local levels. You will work within the Legal Tech & Better Regulation team to translate complex legal requirements into functional digital solutions, conduct workshops, and lead knowledge transfer initiatives. This role is ideal for experienced legal professionals looking to transition their expertise into the consulting and technology sector. Required Skills
Education
Completed professional training as a Rechtspfleger or Justizfachangestellter, or equivalent judicial qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Rechtspfleger (Judicial Officer) or Justizfachangestellter (Judicial Clerk) within the judicial administration or court office.
- Professional experience with eJustice applications and judicial process workflows.
- Experience in the planning or implementation of digital transformation projects within the justice sector is considered an asset.

- Must be familiar with judicial terminology and possess a strong understanding of German judicial administrative structures.
