As a Media Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, specializing in multi-room systems, home cinema technology, and audio/video distribution. Your core responsibilities will include implementing comprehensive high-end audio and video solutions and programming complex control systems from brands like Revox, RTI, Control4, and Trivum for both new and existing installations. You will also be responsible for maintaining these systems and providing telephone support to clients. This role requires a strong technical background, proficiency with high-end media control systems, and excellent client interaction skills, making it ideal for a team player who enjoys customer engagement.
