Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the technical infrastructure for a leading European IT services provider near Potsdamer Platz. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing onsite hardware support, managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests, and handling technical issues via a ticketing system. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware, including the assembly and disassembly of workstations, managing notebook imaging and inventory, and providing technical support for both in-person and remote meetings. This position is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable working in rotating shifts between 7:00 and 19:00. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT System Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

  • Experience in working with IT ticketing systems

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be available to work rotating shifts (early and late shifts) between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday.
